About Art Cafe Society (ACS)
Art Café Society (ACS) aims to create an independent tribunal, a socially engaged creative group, to guide creators toward greater transparency, financial resources, cultural competence, and increased creative output. We are a blockchain-based animation agency built on Ethereum. We provide our community of artists and animators with production methods and tools while rewarding their fans and communities with exclusive perks, collectibles, and educational materials.
We are not solely enclosed on the notion of "Decentralization Above All Else." We understand that corporations and enterprises are subject to regulatory scrutiny due to their accountability to investors, customers, and governmental regulations. Every production has its requirements, and whether it's the need for protection over their intellectual properties, the ability to adjust production schedules expeditiously, or the capacity to iterate rapidly over production assets, a centralized structure is more than capable of handling these demands.
However, a public protocol, like Ethereum, offers the benefits of trust, transparency, collaboration, innovation, and creativity. All of which are essential in developing new content and acquiring a broader audience. As part of our endeavors, this NFT community will be involved in building a protocol used to design diverse content, develop a set of first principles, create content, and aim to construct a digital and physical space that will promote the plurality of voices, collaboration, and ownership.
In support, we are launching our first NFT collection, Dog Café. This is a collection founded by people of color. 15% to 25% of all proceeds will go back to the community in the form of education materials, development, and exclusive access to further collections. In addition to supporting our collection, we will grant you membership to the Art Cafe Society production where you can vote on protocols, projects, and grant resources.
